By accessing or using VibeWatch ("the Service"), including our website at vibewatch.app and our Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VibeWatch is an entertainment tracking platform that allows users to discover movies and TV shows, maintain watchlists, rate content they have watched, and receive recommendations. The Service is provided free of charge and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VibeWatch and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Movie and TV show data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

6. User Content

Any ratings, reviews, or other content you submit through the Service remains yours. By submitting content, you grant VibeWatch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VibeWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings or by visiting the account deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
